Our Primary 6 classes participated in a fantastic ‘Healthy Me Workshop’ led by Action Mental Health. The session was very interactive and provided lots of opportunities for the children to discuss helpful ways to support positive mental health. They engaged in deep breathing, positive self-talk and explored the power of ‘yet’. The children came away from the workshop with 5 key ideas; Learn, Connect, Take Notice, Give and Be Active.
