North Belfast derby in the Cyril Murray Cup 1st Round
14th Oct 2024
The boys of Primary 7 took part in the first football tournament of the year against local primary school Holy Cross Boys on a blindingly sunny day at the Waterworks.
The match was played in great spirits and a great deal of skill was shown by both teams. Individual moments of flair and collective moments of teamwork were on display from start to finish.
Holy Cross Boys were the more clinical team on the day and were able to capitalise on the chances they created which secured them victory and passage to the next round. Well done to our boys who kept going to the final whistle. We wish Holy Cross all the best for the next round.
