P5 have enjoyed participating in TAMHI- Mental Wealth Awareness activities during term 1. These sessions have helped the children become aware of their own mental health, how to deal with and overcome any problems they encounter and how to take care of their minds. Each session has been engaging and lots of fun, while providing a very important lesson to us all!
